From the point at which you make your reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the provider, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant hotel provider and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the hotel provider.

3. Prices and Best Price Guarantee

All prices on the Hunza Oriole platform represent the final room rate. No taxes, service charges, or additional hidden fees are applied or collected.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Site, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of New York. Hunza Oriole and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
