- 100% refund of all deposits and room rates.
- No modification fees for date changes (subject to availability and rate differences).
- Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 1-night penalty fee.
Non-Refundable / Advance Purchase Rate
Designed for travelers whose plans are locked in, offering our deepest discounts.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- No refunds are issued for cancellations or no-shows.
- Dates cannot be modified once the booking is confirmed.
- We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for these rates.
Force Majeure
In the event of extraordinary circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government-imposed travel bans, pandemics), Hunza Oriole will work directly with our hotel partners to override standard cancellation policies and issue travel credits or full refunds where applicable.
How to Cancel
You can manage your bookings directly from your User Dashboard. Simply navigate to "My Bookings", select the reservation, and click "Cancel Booking". Refunds to your original payment method typically process within 3-5 business days.
